An unnamed protagonist (Philippe Harel, who also directs and co-scripts), although successful in his work as a computer programmer, has not had any kind of a sexual relationship since his partner left him. He now spends his spare time watching pornography and indulging darkly violent sexual fantasies. While on a business trip with his sartorially challenged colleague Tisserand (José Garcia) - who is still a virgin at 28 - the hero suffers a mild heart attack. After both he and Tisserand then fail spectacularly in their attempts to attract women in a Rouen nightclub, the duo decide that the time has come to fight back.
